Refund policy

1. Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
After this 30-day period, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

This period includes, where applicable, the legal 14-day withdrawal right for consumers residing in the European Union.


2. Eligibility Conditions

To be accepted for return, the item must:

  • be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition;

  • be returned in its original state, with all tags and accessories attached;

  • be sent back in its original packaging (or packaging that properly protects the product).

Items in contact with the genital area

For hygiene reasons, any items that may come into direct contact with the genital area (such as bib shorts, cycling tights, technical underwear, etc.):

  • must have been tried on only over clean underwear;

  • must never have been worn directly on the skin for actual use (rides, training sessions, races, etc.).

Any item showing signs of wear, sweat, washing, stains, or odor, or not respecting these try-on conditions, will not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Non-returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, the following categories cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards;

  • Intimate or sanitary products;

  • Opened or used personal care products (e.g., creams, balms, etc., if you ever sell these);

  • Items that are heavily damaged, dirty, or incomplete for reasons not due to our error.


4. Proof of Purchase

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number, confirmation email, etc.).

Never return an item directly to the manufacturer: all returns must be processed through Asto, to the address and following the procedure provided during the return request.


5. Return Procedure

Before sending anything back, please contact us at:
support@asto.co

We will inform you of:

  • whether your item is eligible for return,

  • the return address,

  • any specific instructions (label, return number, etc.).


6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to:

  • confirm receipt of your item,

  • inform you whether your refund is approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe and will be automatically credited to your original method of payment (unless otherwise agreed).


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account or card statement again.

  • Contact your card issuer: processing delays may occur.

  • Then contact your bank: some transactions may appear with a delay.

8. Sale or Discounted Items

Unless otherwise stated at purchase:

  • regular-price and discounted items can be refunded;

  • the exact conditions are specified at the time of the offer or sale.


9. Exchanges

We only replace items that have a manufacturing defect or were damaged upon receipt, subject to product availability.

If you wish to exchange your item for the same one (same product or size), please contact us at:

We will guide you through the procedure.


10. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you may receive a credit or gift card of equal value if the return is accepted.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


11. Return Costs & Responsibility

Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product upon arrival:

  • return shipping costs are your responsibility;

  • these costs are non-refundable.
    If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost of that label may be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your country of residence, delivery times for returns or exchanges may vary.

For any item valued over €75, we strongly recommend:

  • using a tracked shipping service,

  • and, if possible, purchasing shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee receipt of a return parcel that has neither tracking nor proof of shipment.
